National parkn situated in Eastern of Rajasthan, where the Aravali Hill ranges and the Vindhyan plateau meet, the Ranthambhore National Park was once the hunting conserve of the Maharajas of Jaipur. In1955 Ranthambore was became a wildlife sanctuary and became part of Project Tiger in 1973. Thee is also a number of tigers in the park and is the famous place in the country to see these regal predators in the wild. The countryside is dotted with primeval Banyan Trees, & Pipal trees, clusters of mango trees and crisscrossed with evergreen belts. There are several rivers in the Rantahmbore that are combined together to form lakes these lakes are troubled by various crocodiles. The Ranthambore National Park is located in the district of Sawai Madhopur in Rajasthan. Sawai Madhopur is at the distance of 14 km from the Ranthambore National park.

Rantahmbore Fort was built by the Kachhwaha Rajputs.It is one of the oldest fort in India . The Fort is regally perched on a table land at an altitude of slightly over 700 feet. It is surrounded by virtually unreachable fortified walls.These walls are very big and the whole Fort is covered by these walls. Ranthambore National Park is a historical Fort.As there is entry fees in the other temples and historical places there is no any fees in this Fort. Ranthambore Fort is a formidable fort and has been a focal point of historical developments of the Rajasthan.The Guptaganga is a spring of the Fort which is a permanent source of water. Raj Bagh is located between the Padam Talao which is a lake and the Raj Bagh Talao.
